Midwest Research chapters2010@usabilityprofessionals.org My goal is to help each chapter hold regular programs that are interesting and engaging for their members. The primary way to achieve this is by connecting chapters across the globe so that we can all learn from others experiences through quarterly conference calls and the Chapter Leaders' Yahoo Group. Regional Coordinators will support chapters by connecting them to professionals traveling in their area that are available to speak. |

They play a vital role in furthering UPA's overall mission, helping to develop our professional community, and presenting our profession to the world. I am especially interested in helping UPA publications contribute to larger goals, such as continuing to develop UPA as an international community, extending the philosophy, approaches, and knowledge that UPA represents to new domains, and cross-pollinating ideas and methods with other professional organizations in the user experience arena. |
