The 2009 UPA International Conference will be held at the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower at 921 SW Sixth Avenue in Portland, Oregon, USA. (Google Map).

UPA has secured a discounted room rate of US$169 single/double, plus applicable taxes for a limited number of hotel rooms at the Hilton Portland and Executive Tower. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. The contracted rate will be available until the UPA block is full or until 5 pm CST on May 12, 2009, whichever occurs first.
