Hotel
UPA has secured several blocks of hotel rooms at various discounted room rates through out the Munich area. Space is limited and reservations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. The contracted rate will be available until the UPA blocks are full or until April 1, 2010, whichever occurs first. Make your reservation early to take advantage of the discounted contract rate.

Prices and room type
All prices are in Euros and the price quoted is per room, per night. Local tax is included in the rate. A single room rate entitles one person to occupy the room. A double room rate entitles two people to occupy the room. Some hotels have included breakfast in their rates and some have not. Inclusion of breakfast will clearly be indicated when you are processing your hotel booking.

Best Way to Get to the Hotel from the Airport:
From Munich Airport, take the S-Bahn lines S1 or S8. After about 40 minutes you will reach the Marienplatz stop. Leave the train here and use the "Weinstrasse" exit from the station. Follow Weinstrasse until you reach Maffeistrasse, where you will also see the tram tracks running along the street. Now follow the tracks to the left, until they take you to the main entrance to the Bayerischer Hof.
Best Way to Get to the Hotel from the Central Train Station:
From the main train station you can take any of the S-Bahn lines, heading towards Ostbahnhof, getting out after about 5 minutes at the Marienplatz station. Leave the train here and use the "Weinstrasse" exit from the station. Follow Weinstrasse until you reach Maffeistrasse, where you will also see the tram tracks running along the street. Now follow the tracks to the left, until they take you to the main entrance to the Bayerischer Hof.
