Ask, Don't Sell! Communication Strategies for High Impact Results

Dr. Deanna Berg, Ed. D.
President, Innovation Strategies International

Dinner at The Grand Ballroom of the Grove Park Inn

Many of our biggest challenges for the New Millennium are not really new. No surprises here -- selling design ideas, communicating research results that inspire action, creating shared vision for user experience and collaboration in work/team relationships - these are still key success factors for every usability professional seeking to have a positive impact on both product design and team collaboration. Dr. Deanna Berg will share her stories about working with Fortune 500/1000 clients to develop strategies for successful communication and innovative product designs. In short examples and audience participation scenarios, Dr. Berg shows us how to create the high impact results we want in our work and personal lives and relationships.
