Written refund requests will be honored if postmarked before Monday, July 17, 2000. A $100 administration fee will be deducted. Mail or fax requests for refunds to Prestige Accommodations. If accompanied by an authorization letter from you, registration can be transferred to a colleague.

To register for the conference hotel, you must call the hotel directly; there is no mail-in form, and online registration through the hotel will not be able to access the conference rates. Full information for hotel registration is available.
