  • You must perform at least 15 hours of service, staffing the information booth, registration desk and asssisting session chairs and tutorial intructors
  • You must attend volunteer meetings

Does UPA support travel and lodging?

Unfortunately, UPA cannot provide travel or lodging subsidies to student volunteers. We encourage you to share rooms at the conference hotel, and will help you find a roommate, if needed.

How many student volunteer slots are available?

There will be at least 14 Student Volunteers. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to full-time students. Applications for student volunteers will be accepted starting in the early spring.
