Janice (Ginny) Redish
Ginny helps colleagues and clients bring their customers great user experiences. A long-time member of both UPA and STC, Ginny has been called the "mother of usability." Her latest book, Letting Go of the Words –Writing Web Content that Works, intertwines her work in plain language and usability. Ginny is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and holds a PhD in Linguistics from Harvard.

Carol Barnum
Carol is Professor of Information Design, Graduate Program Coordinator, and Director and Co-Founder (1994) of the Usability Center at Southern Polytechnic State University. She teaches usability testing and works with clients in the Usability Center. She is a member of both UPA and STC. Her latest book is Usability Testing Essentials: Ready, Set...Test!
