Erika Noll Webb
Erika Noll Webb, UX Manager for Oracle Fusion Applications, has been researching and designing for user experience since 1997. She has studied how to provide the best experience for customers researching everything from comics to gamification, digital natives, and how Oracle’s interfaces can be shown to improve user productivity.

Gayathri Balasubramanian
Gayathri Balasubramanian is a User Experience Design Contractor at Oracle. She has a masters in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan. Previously she has worked at LectureTools Inc. and Cognizant Technology Solutions as a User Experience Designer. Gayathri's interests lie in designing for collaboration, education, and accessibility.

Ultan Ó Broin
Ultan Ó Broin, Director Global User Experience, Applications User Experience has worked in Oracle applications user assistance and information development since 1996. He has researched and provided usability design patterns, standards, and guidance to Oracle’s content development teams, partners, and customers worldwide. Interests include comics, gamification, globalization, and developer relations.

Jayson M. Webb
Jayson Webb has been a UX professional since 1988. During his career he has done everything: usability studies, field research, interaction design, survey design, and analysis. He started two different UX companies, been an independent contractor and has worked for large companies. He loves doing data analysis and has become a Balsamiq ninja.
