Joseph Dumas
Joseph Dumas has more than 35 years of experience as a human factors and usability professional and is an internationally recognized expert in the design and assessment of the usability of information technology. He is the author of three books in the user experience literature and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from UXPA in June 2012.

Dinara Saparova
Dinara Saparova is a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Missouri (MU) Information Experience Laboratory. She is involved in usability evaluations of MU clients’ products, such as websites, healthcare solutions, and learning management systems. Her research interests focus around online information seeking behavior.
