UPA Store: Shipping

US Shipping Options

For shipping to destinations within the United States, items will be sent UPS Ground.  If your order is time sensitive, please contact the office at member_services@usabilityprofessionals.org for other shipping options.

 

UPS ground (default)

Shipping price is $5.50 plus

  • $1.50 for each CD, book, or poster
  • $2.50 for each tutorial, shirt, bottle, hat, or tote bag
  • $6.00 for each Proceedings (paper copies)

Shipping to Destinations Outside the United States

International shipping is done through the United States Postal Service.  If your order is time sensitive, please contact the office at member_services@usabilityprofessionals.org for other shipping options.

 

Shipping price is $31.00 plus

  • $3.00 for each CD, book, or poster
  • $5.00 for each tutorial, shirt, bottle, hat, or tote bag
  • $12.00 for each Proceedings (paper copies)
