The Office of Vice President for External Relations (COMM) is currently recruiting for an Associate Director, User Experience and Information Architecture. Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to, leads the creation of architecture documentation based on business requirements, including but not limited to sitemaps, wireframes, user interaction models, task flows, conceptual diagrams, prototypes and navigation maps in collaboration with web producers, developers, visual designers and client stakeholders. Creates solutions for the web, mobile and tablet devices. Works independently and collaboratively with online strategy and development colleagues and client stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects at once, with varied timelines. Clearly communicates design and user experience frameworks. Oversees the maintenance of design systems, libraries, standards, etc., and ensures that work aligns with these standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
