Cynthia Kamishlian has more than ten years of technology experience in business analysis and user experience research. She has worked in commercial and not-for-profit environments, most recently at the Design and Usability Center at Bentley University. Cynthia focuses on the usability of technology in education and healthcare, and enjoys working with children and other diverse populations
Bill Albert is a director of Bentley University’s Design and Usability Center, a global user experience design and research consultancy. He is also an adjunct professor in the Human Factors in Information Design program at Bentley University. He is the co-author of two books: Measuring the User Experience (2008) and Beyond the Usability Lab (2010).
