I wandered to the current (old) site to see what was considered “professional development” (and what was not).

It looks like Mentoring, Body of Knowledge and perhaps Certification (2001 seems like ancient history) are the 3 PD efforts already in existence.
Can we get a summary of where each of those is at today? What is already planned for changes related to the UPA to UXPA change (if any).
Perhaps a little more info like that will stimulate discussion about other professional development possibilities.
