When Product Teams Observe Field Research Sessions: Benefits and Lessons Learned

Field usability research provides opportunities to bring product team members into the customer’s environment. This practice is easier said than done. This presentation uses two case studies—a financial services company and a publishing company—to describe unique field research methods and techniques used, and the benefits and lessons learned from field usability research with product team members joining the customer visits.
