Seeing the Forest for the Trees: Visual Problem Solving as a Design and Usability Tool

One challenge for UX professionals is to determine achievable goals of a design project and then clearly communicate those goals to diverse audiences through deliverables. Proposed is a methodology that uses visual problem solving (VPS) techniques as a tool for communicating and working with stakeholders, developers, and users to manage expectations, encourage investment, and improve project outcomes.
