Unmoderated usability testing: experiences from the field

Unmoderated usability testing is a rapidly emerging research method to better understand the entire web experience. This panel will review how unmoderated testing works, when to use (and not use) this method, and how it compliments more established user research methods. Panelists will share their personal experiences in carrying out unmoderated usability testing within their organizations or for clients.
