Guided Selling: Helping Customers Make Sense of Your Offering

Lessons learned from an independent research study and best practices for experienced practitioners

Presentation will introduce guided selling, an interaction technique that attempts to educate visitors about a set of products or services and provide decision making support that directs them to an appropriate solution. Results from an independent usability study of multiple guided selling applications will be discussed.
