Lost in Translation - Praxisbericht zur effektiven fachübergreifenden Kommunikation im nutzerzentrierten Designprozess
Its supposed to be blindingly easy!, is what the user wishes while dealing with the ticket machine. To realise this several specialists of DB Bahn and Fraunhofer IAO were cooperating to specify a user friendly ticket machine interface. This report presents and discusses the experience generating common sense in the interdisciplinary collaboration. A survey on selected types of specification documents (storyboard, styleguide and statecharts) served as a basis for an analysis regarding characteristics in relation to professional backgrounds, knowledge and tasks.
