How to evaluate photos for usability and engagement

What makes a photo usable? How can psychology explain why some photos convert, persuade, influence and inform so much better than others? We answer these questions by deconstructing usable photos identified during our user research, and will present a new framework for UX practitioners to use to evaluate photo usability.
