ETHNOGRAPHIES OF ADOPTION
To innovate, we must design technology for interactions and use cases before they even exist. Studying moments of adoption and change within real-world contexts, using ethnographic methods, is a promising means to achieve these goals. This poster presents a series of case studies on how the timely use of ethnographic methods can elucidate the adoption process and better position innovations for success.
