Usability Fundamentals Passport Orientation

A beginners guide to UX and UPA 2012

This series of brief presentations is a great start for someone who is new to the field and the UPA conference. The education committee will start by reviewing the Usability Fundamentals (UF) program and explaining UF passport. The program allows attendees to obtain immediately applicable basic usability knowledge and skills, and will provide exposure to the latest usability methods. The UF passport program has two levels of participation, to match your interest and time. Participation in the program is simple: Attend the UF sessions, get your passport stamped at those sessions, and turn it in to receive your credit.

Also in this welcome session, the conference chairs, the education committee, and UPA board members will discuss important topics in our field and show you how to get the most out of the conference. If you are new UPA, dont miss this introductory conversation with the folks who make it all happen.
