Usability Testing Boot Camp
The purpose of usability testing boot camp is to provide practical "how-to" instruction on preparing for, and conducting usability testing. Some of the major topics include preparing testing materials such as scripts and consent forms, demonstrations of good and bad moderation and facilitation techniques (i.e., asking unbiased questions, successfully probing for feedback), and ethical responsibility of the tester/facilitator.
