Voice Interfaces in Art: An Experimentation with Web Open Standards as a Model to Increase Web Accessibility and Digital Inclusion

This paper presents an artwork that allows voice interactions on the web through the telephone using voice solutions developed with VoiceXML, a W3C open-standard.
