Visual Design and the User Experience: Keys to the Partnership

Good visual design creates a visual hierarchy and affordances that increase ease of use and customer satisfaction. Many companies have permanent usability staff, but bring in contract visual design services when required. In this session, attendees will learn how to choose a good visual designer and how to work effectively with the visual designer to create the best user experience. Weíll also look at relationship between the disciplines.
